Meet The Owners - David & Ash
Coming from a family of animal lovers, we both have a deep found love and respect for all dogs small or large.
It has always been our dream to combine both our passions and skill sets to create the best possible destination to send your dogs.
We feel extremely privileged and grateful that we get to spend our days surrounded by the most fantastic animals.
We love nothing more than meeting new dogs and welcoming them in to our Paws & Play family. If your interested in joining the gang then do not hesitate to drop us a message.

What are your hours of operation?8am-6pm

What services are included in the daycare fee?Full days daycare, socialisation, agility equipment, fully enclosed, RSPCA grade artificial turf down, fully insulated and heated indoor cabin, fully insured and first aid trained.

Do you have any requirements for vaccinations or health checks?Flea and tick preventative must be in date

How do you handle emergencies or medical issues?Fully first aid trained to handle most minor injuries that could occur, any major incidents we would immediately contact the owner and vet, using the information provided on the new client information. On our contract agreement aswel there’s also veterinary protocol should an event happen.

What types of activities do you provide for the dogs?Meet at the door welcome, free welcome pack for new starters, agility play, socialisation skills, feeding if required, and any other specifics upon request.

How are dogs grouped or separated during playtime?We set our daily limit to 6, as to provide the necessary attention and care to each dog.

Can I tour the premises before enrolling my dog?We actively encourage any potential clients to come and visit the daycare prior to or on the day of your first arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellation requires 24 hours notice for a full refund. Anything closer than that and unfortunately no refund will be issued.
